About the role

Responsibilities
- Identifies prospective school partners, assesses fit, and works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop programming that supports the shared objectives of the schools and RIT
- Develops strategic relationships, recruits new program members, and maintains the engagement of enrolled participants. Keeps accurate and up-to-date records of student services
- Creates, promotes, and implements new initiatives that expose youth to RIT and its resources, such as summer camps, and early college and career exposure experiences
- Strategizes, develops and manages communications with external audiences to market assigned programs and services. Conducts outreach to encourage participation, support program retention, and build the enrollment pipeline
- Knowledge of college readiness curriculums, and the design and delivery of K-12 programming
- Assist in contract negotiations, vendor relationship management, and programmatic support for Outreach activities as needed.
Requirements
- This will be required to ensure your application is processed in a timely manner.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Intermediate Skills in ASL required.
- Required to take CPR/First Aid/AED annually to maintain camp permit.
Compensation
- In compliance with NYS's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is listed above.
