About the role

They will be confident in assessing risk, escalating issues where appropriate and working with more senior members of the legal team on complex or strategic matters.

Build effective working relationships with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations and other business stakeholders to support customer and channel transactions.
Support the creation and delivery of training and awareness materials to help business stakeholders understand legal risks, contracting principles and company approval processes.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the Legal department and contribute to a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.
Strong drafting, contract review and negotiation skills, with experience supporting customer and/or partner transactions.

For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus.
For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission.
When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone.
