Assessment of performance is based on the quality of work, application of auditing and accounting knowledge, and ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field
At least one year of experience in public accounting
Must be CPA eligible and working towards obtaining the license by taking and passing the applicable state CPA exam, or holds a current and valid CPA's license
Demonstrated ability to communicate (i.e., read, write, speak) with business level fluency in English
Proficient knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States and United States Generally Accepted Auditing Standards

Ability to travel to assigned client locations, as needed
Ability to perform most phases of a client engagement, from planning to issuance
