- Job Description The Field Marketing Manager visits with mid-size and large agencies in the assigned territory and is responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships.
- Experience Seven or more years related work experience.

Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Visits agencies in person or virtually to build relationships, set goals, and provide guidance using performance data.
- Maintains strong knowledge of products to train agents, support their sales efforts, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Identifies and evaluates potential new agency partners and supports efforts to grow the network.
- You are a big picture thinker and are able to develop marketing strategies for the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.

- Schedules and prepares for meetings by reviewing reports, tracking production and retention, and organizing materials for agency discussions.
- Monitors market trends and competitor activity, shares insights internally, and works with underwriting to understand decisions.
- Attends events and meetings to promote products, present updates, and strengthen relationships with agencies.
