About the role

  • Job Description The Field Marketing Manager visits with mid-size and large agencies in the assigned territory and is responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Visits agencies in person or virtually to build relationships, set goals, and provide guidance using performance data.
  • Maintains strong knowledge of products to train agents, support their sales efforts, and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Identifies and evaluates potential new agency partners and supports efforts to grow the network.
  • You are a big picture thinker and are able to develop marketing strategies for the assigned territory.

Requirements
