Responsibilities
- The Candidate will primarily be involved in construction dispute resolution, claims preparation and analysis, delay/ disruption analysis, and providing programming support on live projects.
- Associate Director candidates will primarily be the lead assistant to the Delay Expert(s).
- They will be expected to work collaboratively with the team and deliver commissions to the client's satisfaction.
- Professionalism and client facing ability, able to build trust.
- Relationship building and strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Associate Director candidates must have more than 10+ years of experience in forensic delay analysis in the construction and engineering industry.
- A recognized undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering quantity surveying, or similar from a leading university.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- An understanding of the demands of project-based work, able to work under pressure and an ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to travel for various assignments.
- An individual is required who can show initiative, perform advanced data research, manage client relations and deliver to tight deadlines.
Compensation
- $125k-$150k
