Responsibilities
- The CMM Programmer will develop CMM production programs for new and existing products using Calypso, PC DMIS or other software.
- Will conduct and document first article inspections and capability analysis to support our PPAP programs.
- Support quality improvement efforts, Internal Auditing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming all software. (PC-DMIS, Zeiss, Renishaw)
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
- Ability to ballon a drawing per customer/ internal requirements in a timely fashion.
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is preferred.
- Ability to function as a team player, and be comfortable leading without authority.
- Must be proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Minitab statistical analysis software.

- Key Position Competencies:
- CMM Programming
- Must be able to read and interpret Engineering Drawings
- Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) knowledge is essential
- Knowledge of PC-DMIS software for measurement analysis is essential.
- Knowledge of Zeiss Calypso software for measurement analysis is a plus.
- Experience with ballooning software such Data Page software is a plus.
- Experience with Comparator Checks or Faro Arm Checks for precision inspections and dimensional analysis is a plus.
- Be adaptable to change in equipment, assignments, procedures, methods, and willing to take additional training as necessary.
