About the role
- The International Tax Senior will be an integral part of the corporate tax team, supporting international income tax analysis and planning, Pillar II, transfer pricing, process improvements, and other various initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support US international tax planning and modeling
- Prepare technical responses and manage documentation requests for international tax audits
- Support global income tax compliance and reporting including Pillar Two, and Country-by-Country reporting
- Prepare and maintain documentation supporting tax positions and structures
- Partner with regional finance teams and external advisors on global tax initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of international corporate income tax experience
- Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department
Nice to have
- Coordinate operational transfer pricing workflows, including agreements and calculations
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation
- Assist with post-acquisition integration
- Monitor global tax legislative changes and evaluate their potential impacts
- Working knowledge of U.S. international tax and cross-border income tax laws
- Secondary university degree in Tax or Law preferred
- Certified Public Accountant or other tax professional designation preferred

Compensation
- $88,900.00 - $133,300.00
- F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business.
