  • Institute on Aging is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Home Care team in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

  • The Sourcing Specialist partners closely with the recruitment team, who will conduct final interviews, make hiring decisions, and lead New Hire Orientation (NHO).

Requirements

  • Ability to travel throughout the Bay Area for community outreach, recruiting events, and job fairs as needed.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
  • Assist with special recruiting initiatives or hiring campaigns as required.
  • Once an offer has been made, guide candidates through all required pre-employment screenings and documentation, including background checks, fingerprinting, TB testing, physical exams, and other onboarding requirements.

Skills

  • Strong candidate communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced recruiting environment.

Compensation

  • Range: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
  • This amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education, and other factors.
