- Institute on Aging is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Home Care team in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- The Sourcing Specialist partners closely with the recruitment team, who will conduct final interviews, make hiring decisions, and lead New Hire Orientation (NHO).
Requirements
- Ability to travel throughout the Bay Area for community outreach, recruiting events, and job fairs as needed.
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
- Assist with special recruiting initiatives or hiring campaigns as required.
- Once an offer has been made, guide candidates through all required pre-employment screenings and documentation, including background checks, fingerprinting, TB testing, physical exams, and other onboarding requirements.
Skills
- Strong candidate communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced recruiting environment.
Compensation
- Range: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
