Responsibilities
- Respond to referrals promptly and accurately document information in designated systems.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with referral sources, clients, and team members.
- Collaborate with Care Managers to obtain and verify insurance information.
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff through preparation of letters, forms, and related documentation.
- Support additional departmental and organizational initiatives as assigned by leadership.
- Maintain program census and waiting lists in accordance with applicable service standards and requirements.
Requirements
- Complete admission documentation including releases of information, residency verification, financial information, and other required records.
- Enter and maintain accurate client data within required databases and timelines.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
Nice to have
- Current valid driver's license in state of residence with an acceptable driving record.
- Current automobile insurance as required by law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Successful completion of background screenings, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.
- Must complete required Behavioral Management training within thirty (30) days of employment or at the first available class following hire.
