About the role

Responsibilities

  • Self-directed problem-solver who manages time well, handles multiple projects with attention to detail, and communicates complex issues with brevity and accuracy

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience with the commissioning, construction, maintenance, and operations of mission-critical data centers, trading floors, or similar 24/7 facilities
  • Have hands-on experience with direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems, including managing installation work (e.g., specifying commissioning processes, mechanical and electrical connections) and maintaining and troubleshooting DLC infrastructure, CDUs, RDHx units, and associated liquid cooling components
  • STEM degree required

Skills

  • Managing vendor maintenance of CDUs, RDHx units, and DLC infrastructure within our liquid cooling deployments
  • Acting as the primary liaison with data center and colocation service providers for day-to-day operational matters
  • Developing and maintaining operational documentation and maintenance schedules
  • Ensuring adherence to strict uptime and reliability standards across all facilities

Compensation

  • Willing to travel 4-6 weeks per year and participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system emergencies
