Managing teams of self-perform Solar and BESS in stallation crews
5 years' experience supervising self-perform construction crews

Ability to independently resolve and escalate issues when needed
Experience with Solar pile driving, racking, module installation, and tracker systems
Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWI's), and controlling/implementing sitewide quality programs effectiveness
Track record of training and orienting employees new to the industry
Four-year degree in a construction related field

$119,985.00 - $173,978 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
