About the role

The Project Expeditor will play an instrumental role in collaborating not only with buyers and Project Managers in the US Project Management, but also with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
This role is responsible for overseeing the entire expediting process for pipeline projects and related facilities, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and project goals.

Lead and mentor junior expeditors to drive best practices and continuous improvement within the team
Build and sustain high-impact relationships with suppliers, business partners, and internal teams, driving collaboration and effective communication across all levels

Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and facilitating problem resolution at a senior level
Advanced understanding of material/equipment manufacturing processes and commercial/technical elements of accountable projects
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving results and positive outcomes
Experience presenting to and working with leadership
Ability and willingness to champion new technologies and process improvements in procurement and expediting
