About the role
- Church & Dwight is seeking a Group Leader, Project Management Office (PMO) to join our team in Princeton, NJ.
- The individual will play a key role in shaping PMO strategy, enhancing organizational capabilities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
- Hybrid: The role will be based in Princeton, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve PMO processes, methodologies, tools, and infrastructure aligned with industry best practices, particularly within the CPG environment.
- Develop, track, and analyze KPIs and metrics to support portfolio prioritization and enable informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional and executive relationships to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- This role will support both domestic and select international portfolios, with a focus on global harmonization through effective change management and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Own and evolve project governance (Stage Gate) to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, maintaining a data-driven and value-focused approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline required.
- 10+ years of project management experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or transferable experience from related industries.
- 5+ years of leadership experience within a PMO environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with a strong focus on overall business strategy and outcomes.
- Drive effective change management initiatives to support new or evolving processes required to meet strategic business objectives.
Nice to have
- Master's degree preferred.
- PMP certification strongly desired.
- Experience with global project portfolios and cross-cultural collaboration.

Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $149,700 - $213,200.
- The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
