Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of complex software applications and systems, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance.
- Architectural Design: Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders and in the architectural design of new features and systems while ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Code Review: Diligently review code by other developers, provide feedback, and maintain a high bar of technical excellence to ensure code is adhering to industry standard best practices.
- Testing: Build testable software, define tests, participate in the testing process, automate tests, and design patterns leveraging the test automation pyramid as the guide.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis and drive the implementation of measures to prevent future recurrences.
- Take ownership from working with product management on requirements to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain the software in production.
- Documentation: Properly document new features, enhancements, or fixes to the product, contributing to training materials, and sharing knowledge with the team.
- This role provides an opportunity to lead projects and contribute to high-impact software solutions that are used by enterprises and users worldwide.
- As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex software systems, as well as mentoring junior engineers.
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of complex software applications and systems, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Expertise in C#.NET., JAVA
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Mongo Database.
- Experience with ASP.NET & Angular
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Extensive experience with software development practices and design patterns.
- Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub and bug/work tracking systems like JIRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like TeamCity or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Experience in adapting GenAI agents such as Claude Code to improve performance and productivity.

Skills
- Understanding of working in a DevOps model.
- The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $102,300 to $147,050.
