- This person will play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
- This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing products for delivery while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order records
- Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors and internal partners
- Ambient is a collective of HVAC design and implementation experts, each entity esteemed in their respective regions, with decades of experience.
Requirements
- Experience supporting outside sales teams
- 1-3+ years of parts sales, customer service, or counter sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, or building products preferred)
- HVAC product knowledge or strong willingness to learn (equipment, parts, and systems)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment
- Proficient with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- HVAC distribution or contractor experience
- Familiarity with quoting, submittals, or light technical support

Compensation
- Compensation: $23-27/hr DOE
