About the role
- The Screening Technician will work with the Screening team to screen participants enrolled in clinical studies.
- of the Screening Technician include intake/collection of tasks performed and assessment of overall participant eligibility regarding tasks performed in compliance with study protocol, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assessment of participant eligibility based on criteria collected in regards to study protocol, SOP and GCP.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and advocate a high level of customer service and quality within the department.
- Perform in-house tests such as: drugs of abuse, pregnancy, urine alcohol or breathalyzer
Requirements
- Experience in a CRO environment is an asset.
- The requirement to have study protocols, designs and clinical research documents written and documented in English as required by industry regulatory agencies.
- Variable schedule: you must be available minimum 30 hours per week and weekends
- Candidates must be available between 8:30am and 7pm.
