May collaborate with all clinical departments (a/k/a/telehealth) and designated staff at the patient's site for the purpose of facilitating and assisting with telehealth encounters between patients and providers.
Communicates with and supports the interprofessional team, patient, family and designated care partners.
Performs validated and designated direct and indirect patient care activities to meet patient care needs under direction of licensed clinical team members.
Actively promotes and maintains a safe patient care environment.
Knowledge of how to convey respect and collaborate with each patient, family and/or designated care partner in care.

Education - Required High School Diploma/GED Experience - Preferred Two years of previous nursing assistant or healthcare experience preferred.
CNA preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Required Knowledge of medical terminology, patient care needs and their role in interprofessional team.
Knowledge of the risks faced by patients in a healthcare environment, and the ability to take steps to reduce these risks.
