Responsibilities
- Assist with vendor selection by developing specs, evaluating bids, and ensuring contract compliance.
- Maintain documentation and procedures related to work orders.
- Perform routine facility and grounds inspections, cleaning, and supply upkeep.
Requirements
- Ability to follow through on assignments and make a positive contribution to the company through high impact activities.
- Ability to deal with change and adapt to a changing environment.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice to have
- High school diploma required
- Technical certificate preferred.
Skills
- Experience using basic power tools and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to deal with change and adapt to a changing environment.
- Attention to Detail: Focus on providing accurate work and avoiding errors.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Compensation
- The expected base pay range for this role is $18 - $21 an hour + a 15% shift differential.
