Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing high-performing Software Engineering teams of 3-10 people, including senior and staff ICs.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in the SDLC as well as driving AI adoption on a team previously in a sustainable manner.
- Production experience with at least one major cloud (AWS or Azure) at scale and familiarity with managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS).
- Experience managing a SaaS system powering a complex backend product, with meaningful on-call ownership, incident command, and SLO discipline.
