Responsibilities
- Maintains utmost level of confidentiality at all times.
- Monitors sterilization process and maintains daily, permanent record of sterilization parameters according to hospital protocols and local, state and AAMI. standards.
- Maintains a clean environment by following daily cleaning protocol.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and instruments.
- Maintain preference cards.
Requirements
- Related hospital experience of minimum of 1 year in care of instruments, equipment supplies
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Nice to have
- Certification by CBSPD, HSPA or equivalent preferred.
