Responsibilities
- Build and lead Keystone's legal function, creating scalable systems that support growth
- Partner with revenue and business-development leaders to improve contracting efficiency
- Manage outside counsel relationships across top-tier firms and boutiques
- Own governance, compliance, and risk frameworks for a PE-backed business
- You bring strong commercial judgment, comfort in high-change environments, sophistication around sensitive legal matters, and interest in building something durable and meaningful.

Compensation
- $300,000 - $450,000 USD
- In addition to annual salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package.
- Actual Compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
