Responsibilities

  • Build and lead Keystone's legal function, creating scalable systems that support growth
  • Partner with revenue and business-development leaders to improve contracting efficiency
  • Manage outside counsel relationships across top-tier firms and boutiques
  • Own governance, compliance, and risk frameworks for a PE-backed business
  • You bring strong commercial judgment, comfort in high-change environments, sophistication around sensitive legal matters, and interest in building something durable and meaningful.

Compensation

  • $300,000 - $450,000 USD
