About the role

Work is reviewed for results obtained through reports, observation, performance evaluations and conferences.
may include leading and/or supervising a variety of educational and athletic activities, while ensuring the safety of programs and facilities.
Assist Manager with daily operations such as opening and closing procedures and administrative paperwork.

Responsibilities

An employee in this classification will transport participants to and from destinations, perform vehicle inspections, which may require bending, climbing or lifting.
Performs specialized work in the area of enrichment and athletic programming under the direction of the FPR and or Recreation Center Manager.

Requirements

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree
Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree
Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree
Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.

Nice to have

or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
Applicant must possess a valid Florida Commercial Driver's License Class A, B or C.
First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
Certification by the Florida Recreation and Park Association desired, but not required.
RecTrac Training Desired.

Compensation

Salary: $15.00 Hourly

Employee may be required to work evenings, weekends and holiday.
