About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with our recruiting lead and hiring managers to define candidate profiles, distinguish essential skills from preferences, and calibrate searches early.
- Build pipelines across technical disciplines such as software engineering, cloud infrastructure, embedded systems, wireless communications, and network engineering.
- Deliver clear candidate summaries and thoughtful handoffs to the recruiting lead, maintaining engagement as candidates move through the process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and build relationships with talent for both immediate and future opportunities.
- Clear, compelling writing and the confidence to lead credible conversations with technical candidates.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting in telecommunications, satellite communications, semiconductors, IoT, or related technical fields.
- Experience supporting a startup or a small recruiting team.
- Experience sourcing across international talent markets.
- Familiarity with embedded software, cellular networks, wireless protocols, or cloud and network infrastructure.
- Your pipelines consistently produce relevant, engaged candidates, and your market insights help the team make better hiring decisions.
- Candidates feel informed and respected throughout their interactions with you.
