Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a Quality role or related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft office products and Smartsheet
- Employment eligibility in the United States is required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ServiceNow a plus
- Experience working with issue management software a plus (JIRA, Redmine, etc.)

- What You'll Achieve at SANS
- We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join our Courseware Operations team.
- This role is responsible for a critical part of the quality system by analyzing defects identified during the production fix/break cycle.
- This position works closely daily with the team members who make the fixes on our products to ensure our high-quality standards are met.
