  • The pay range for this position is $96,800.00 - $156,050.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
  • This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Finance lead/business partner to the dock equipment manufacturing and supply chain team in meeting their business and financial objectives
  • Manage the development of the yearly budget, monthly financial forecasts, and scorecard metrics to drive appropriate and timely decision making
  • Support the dock equipment manufacturing and supply chain team in building strong and effective risk and internal control awareness; facilitate continuous improvement of risk management and control processes
  • Implement process improvements to reduce finance business process cycle times, improve financial forecast quality, and enhance information provided to leadership for business decisions
  • Lead the preparation of monthly operational reviews and other recurring deliverables
  • Drive development of standardized reporting between Systems and CG as well as cost accounting procedures for proper make vs buy analysis.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position is $96,800.00 - $156,050.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end product costing process, working cross functionally to establish and update annual and new product standard costs
