Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a U.S.-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment-marketed under the Poweramp, DLM, and McGuire brands.
The pay range for this position is $96,800.00 - $156,050.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

Serve as Finance lead/business partner to the dock equipment manufacturing and supply chain team in meeting their business and financial objectives
Manage the development of the yearly budget, monthly financial forecasts, and scorecard metrics to drive appropriate and timely decision making
Support the dock equipment manufacturing and supply chain team in building strong and effective risk and internal control awareness; facilitate continuous improvement of risk management and control processes
Implement process improvements to reduce finance business process cycle times, improve financial forecast quality, and enhance information provided to leadership for business decisions
Lead the preparation of monthly operational reviews and other recurring deliverables
Drive development of standardized reporting between Systems and CG as well as cost accounting procedures for proper make vs buy analysis.

The pay range for this position is $96,800.00 - $156,050.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
Manage the end-to-end product costing process, working cross functionally to establish and update annual and new product standard costs

Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Forecast and report inventory positions by facility as part of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
