About the role

  • The Advanced Practice Provider reports to the manager of the gastroenterology advanced practice program and the chief of the Section of Gastroenterology and/or assigned Supervising Physician(s), Section Administration and attending physicians assigned (monthly) to the service.

Responsibilities

  • Develops diagnostic strategies and therapeutic interventions needed to achieve the goals and outcomes of the patient's plan of care.
  • Performs other related work as needed.

Requirements

  • include a college or university degree from an accredited school/college.
  • Current and/or eligible for State of Illinois licensure/registration required.
  • Advanced degree.
  • Demonstrated clinical competency, effective leadership and teaching skills required.

Compensation

  • $128,000.00 - $163,500.00 The included pay rate or range represents the University's good faith estimate of the possible compensation offer for this role at the time of posting.
