Bachelor's Degree
6-12 years of relevant work experience in retained executive search, with a specific and proven focus on executing mandates for private equity-backed clients.
You are motivated and excited to learn, teach, and persevere in an entrepreneurial environment through high-pressure situations.

Our IC program is a high-upside, transparent model designed to reward your direct impact on search production.
Unlike flat-rate plans, Oxeon utilizes a tiered payout grid where your reward percentage automatically increases as your annual book of business grows, allowing high performers to earn significantly more as they scale.
Average, but not guaranteed, payments can range from an additional 20-150% of base salary as a director grows their execution and book of business.

Annual Firm Bonus target: 12% of base
Investment Fund Shares: Cash distributions are variable based on tenure and fund performance.
