About the role

As a Director, you will translate vision into actionable strategies, setting the tone and inspiring others to follow.
Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring future leaders.
You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success.

Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration
Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures that promote innovation
Promoting technological advances to create an environment where people and technology thrive together
You will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction and leveraging our collective strength across the PwC Network.

What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 8 years of experience in Partner & Alliances Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs
Preference for a Bachelor's degree

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

$122,500 - $423,780.
$122,500 - $504,500.
