About the role
- The ideal candidate will be experienced in wind turbine maintenance, familiar with heavy rigging, and committed to following all safety regulations.
- This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work at significant heights.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy rigging operations for the replacement of wind turbine components.
- Report directly to the Large Corrective Supervisor or Lead.
Requirements
- No license suspension or restrictions within the past 3 years.
- No DWI/DWA/OWI/OUI violations within the past 5 years.
- No more than 3 points on the motor vehicle report in the past 3 years.
- Core Competencies Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of machines, tools, and maintenance practices.
- English Proficiency: Full proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Mobilize Liftra equipment as required.
- Complete all company-required training within designated timeframes.
- Ability to pass core safety, climbing, and other required training courses.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance (experience in major component exchange preferred
- exceptions considered based on background).
- Familiarity with heavy rigging preferred.
Skills

- Accurate control of machinery and tools.

- $250k-$300k
