About the role

  • The ideal candidate will be experienced in wind turbine maintenance, familiar with heavy rigging, and committed to following all safety regulations.
  • This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work at significant heights.

Responsibilities

  • Perform heavy rigging operations for the replacement of wind turbine components.
  • Report directly to the Large Corrective Supervisor or Lead.

Requirements

  • No license suspension or restrictions within the past 3 years.
  • No DWI/DWA/OWI/OUI violations within the past 5 years.
  • No more than 3 points on the motor vehicle report in the past 3 years.
  • Core Competencies Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of machines, tools, and maintenance practices.
  • English Proficiency: Full proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Mobilize Liftra equipment as required.
  • Complete all company-required training within designated timeframes.
  • Ability to pass core safety, climbing, and other required training courses.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance (experience in major component exchange preferred
  • exceptions considered based on background).
  • Familiarity with heavy rigging preferred.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of machines, tools, and maintenance practices.
  • Accurate control of machinery and tools.

  • $250k-$300k
