About the role
- The Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales center including meeting sales, closing, customer experience and revenue goals.
- The Sales Manager will act as a leader and mentor to the Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the community sales gallery, models, and homesites.
- Manage backlog/escrows efficiently and effectively while providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist in preparing new communities for the opening, including gathering information, preparing documents, and building processes for the sales gallery.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Must hold a valid California Real Estate License with the Californian Department of Real Estate.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in new home sales.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or related area a plus.
- Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and ability to pivot quickly are a must.
Skills
- Proficient computer skills & knowledge i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Salesforce, Docu-sign, Newstar Sales, Adobe, Video Messaging.

Compensation
- $160,000.00 to $180,000.00
- Annual Base Salary: $160,000.00 to $180,000.00
