Requirements
- To thrive in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of modern data & analytics platforms, data engineering practices, people management, project management, and quality assurance.
- You have the tenacity to identify opportunities, root causes of problems, and devise creative solutions while convincing people that this is a change they need to make.
- You have proven leadership skills and experience that includes guiding a team and executing a result, both on budget and on time.

Compensation
- $194,300.00 - $259,100.00 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
