About the role

  • You will plan, direct, coordinate and control manufacturing activities in assigned work area to achieve established management goals.
  • Joseph, Missouri is home to our assembly plant which manufactures automotive and marine batteries.
  • We opened in 1973 and now employ more than 800 people and operate six days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Trains production personnel to perform work assignments safely and efficiently.
  • Maintains good employee relations through coaching and consistent application of employee relation policies.

Requirements

  • Overtime is required to meet internal and external customer requirements.
  • Must be able to work any assigned shift and required overtime

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree, Engineering, Business or Operations preferred
  • 1 year of prior Supervisory/Management experience preferred
