About the role
- This analyst will join our highly collaborative team responsible for providing advisory services to private equity firms and corporate clients with an emphasis on sell-side M&A advisory engagements.
- The team focuses on high growth segments of the market, including Business and Technology Services.
- Analysts will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across M&A advisory teams, including Boston, Chicago, and New York.
Requirements
- Must be on track to receive Bachelors, Masters or equivalent degree in Dec.

- Effective communicator - verbal, written and virtual
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interest in problem solving and client services
- Resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in finance

- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Highly organized, with the initiative and ability to multitask and work with limited supervision on a team
Compensation
- A salary based on an annual rate of $110,000 per year.
