About the role

  • The Senior Collaboration Engineer will serve as a technical leader, mentor, and subject matter expert for collaboration services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, enterprise environments, and collaboration platform administration.
  • Proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Purview, Slack, Zoom, Box and ChatGPT Enterprise.
  • Finger dexterity is necessary. ​ Some travel may be required for conferences and vendor engagements.

Nice to have

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, exhibiting thoroughness and follow-up with vendors, contractors, associates, VIPs, and Executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple workstreams under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
  • Some travel may be required for conferences and vendor meetings.
  • Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise is also a plus
  • Relevant certifications are a plus: Microsoft 365 Certified (Fundamentals or Administrator Expert), Azure Administrator (AZ-104), MCSE, AWS Cloud Administration, or equivalent.
