About the role
- Responsible for the implementation of data warehouse infrastructure including ETL programs, views, and table structures.
- Works on project teams for the purpose of creating or modifying existing data reports.
- Executes approved work requests based on business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design and maintenance of technical documentation including data catalogues, structural diagrams and end user warehouse assets
- Provides Level III end user support and counseling for business intelligence and decision support tools
- Documents data, views and reports
- Maintains accurate time reports for activities according to Mohegan Sun's Information Systems policies
- Performs other duties as assigned
- This position is responsible for working with end users to understand their requirements and design and implement decision support assets that meet their needs.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and procedures
- Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
- Obtains and maintains at least one or more applicable gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions as required.
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
- Two years of experience documenting requirements and designing end user reports in a business intelligence environment.
- Certifications as required by Mohegan Sun
- Must be able to support applications that are running in a 7 X 24 X 365 enterprise environment
- Required to carry a cell phone and be on call
- Two years of progressive Information Technology experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Four years of progressive Information Technology experience
Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge with one or more business intelligence tools (e.g., Snowflake, Informatica, Power BI, Tableau and Cognos)
