About the role

  • Career Opportunity GeoSpectrum is growing and has a new career opportunity for an Inventory Control Clerk to join our Compliance and Assets team!
  • As the Inventory Control Clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient inventory operations.
  • You'll be responsible for maintaining optimal material levels, accurately tracking inventory in our systems, and collaborating closely with the Materials and Procurement teams to keep things moving on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory quantities to ensure that inventory is accurate and sufficient to meet operational needs.
  • Support inventory transfers, returns, and adjustments.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and/or count reconciliation, and report discrepancies.
  • This role involves monitoring inventory requests, processing and validating transactions, maintaining precise, detailed documentation to support our inventory management strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year experience in inventory control.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software (ERP), and other inventory software
  • All candidates must be eligible to apply for, and maintain Canadian Controlled Goods and Canadian Government Security Clearances.
  • High School Diploma /GED Equivalent.
  • Sage 300 an asset.
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft office suite.
  • Agile physical mobility.
