About the role

  • The Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for performing inspection activities to verify conformance of materials, components, and processes to applicable codes, standards, procurement documents, and internal quality requirements.
  • This role serves as a key function in ensuring dimensional accuracy, material traceability, and compliance with applicable regulatory and quality program requirements, including ASME and NQA-1.

Responsibilities

  • The QC Inspector performs inspection and test activities on safety-related, non-safety related with special treatment, and other designated items in accordance with approved procedures and instructions.

  • The QC Inspector operates within defined procedures and documented instructions and supports production, engineering, and quality assurance functions to prevent nonconforming conditions and ensure product integrity.
