  • Lead Quality and Testing Strategy
  • Develop and maintain the overall testing strategy for projects, enhancements, releases, and operational initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern testing approaches, including automation and

  • Lead all phases of testing, including:Test planningTest case designTest executionDefect managementSmoke testingRegression testingSystem Integration Testing (SIT)End-to-End TestingUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) support
  • Develop effort estimates, resource plans, and testing schedules for large and complex initiatives.
  • Lead and Develop Teams
  • Manage a blended team of onshore and offshore testing professionals.
  • Partner with Internal and Client Stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Functional Area Leads, Developers, Architects, Release Managers, and client representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing testing teams and quality programs.
  • Experience leading testing efforts for large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Experience managing testing activities across multiple concurrent projects and releases.
  • Experience managing onshore and offshore testing resources.
