Responsibilities
- Follow verbal and written instructions to support daily operations.
- Perform daily Hi-Lo inspections and report deficiencies.
- Inspect bundles for defects to support quality standards.
- Assist with mill changeovers to support production requirements.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks to support equipment reliability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Ability to operate a Hi-Lo and work safely around moving production equipment.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and tools as required for banding and packaging tasks.
- You may not know our name, but you know our products.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Ability to use handheld measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers preferred.
- Experience using cutting torches preferred.
- Hi-Lo license preferred.
Compensation
- $21.59/hour plus production incentive.
