About the role

Responsibilities

  • Follow verbal and written instructions to support daily operations.
  • Perform daily Hi-Lo inspections and report deficiencies.
  • Inspect bundles for defects to support quality standards.
  • Assist with mill changeovers to support production requirements.
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks to support equipment reliability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate a Hi-Lo and work safely around moving production equipment.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and tools as required for banding and packaging tasks.
  • You may not know our name, but you know our products.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to use handheld measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers preferred.
  • Experience using cutting torches preferred.
  • Hi-Lo license preferred.

Compensation

  • $21.59/hour plus production incentive.
