About the role
- We are seeking a Head of Industrials to lead Axion's business in the Industrials sector. This individual will own the vertical's commercial outcomes, driving new customer acquisition, deepening enterprise partnerships, and ensuring deployments that translate AI insights into measurable product quality and reliability improvements.
- This leader will act as the business owner for Axion's Industrials footprint, defining how we engage with industrial manufacturers and shaping the commercial and operational model that supports them. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic consulting experience, vertical expertise, and a track record of building and scaling complex B2B relationships.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in go-to-market, solutions, or commercial leadership within industrials, aerospace, defense, or adjacent manufacturing sectors.
