About the role
- The Pastor/Director of Adult Ministries provides pastoral leadership and strategic direction for adult discipleship, relational community, and leadership development at Grace Fellowship Church.
- This role plays a key leadership function in ensuring the church's discipleship strategy is clear, aligned, and scalable as the church grows.
- This role provides oversight and alignment for key adult ministry environments and leaders, ensuring a cohesive discipleship strategy across the church.
Responsibilities
- Build, train, and sustain leaders and coaching structures
- Develop and support facilitators and leaders
- Discern and develop new expressions of community as the church grows
- Identify and develop emerging leaders across all environments.
