Responsibilities
- Drive the technical roadmap: Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM stakeholders to translate ambiguous business goals into a clear, phased engineering plan.
- Mentor & lead: Provide technical leadership for (and - if you're up for it - manage) engineers across domains-pairing, reviewing, and unblocking as you go.
- Being in-person enables real-time collaboration, fosters creative problem-solving, and strengthens the connections that drive innovation and impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software-engineering experience
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact, production-grade systems at scale.
Skills
- Rapidly prototype with third-party APIs, databases, model-serving platforms, and infra vendors to accelerate customer value.
Compensation
- This a salaried position with a target range of 240,000 - $265,000 (depending on experience), equity package and comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options).
