- Position Description Bluebird Kids Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate and Medical Receptionist II with a patient and family-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Check patients in/out and manage patient flow.
- Maintain accuracy of patient demographic and insurance information by verifying at each patient encounter.
- Schedule patient appointments within operational standards and document appropriately.
- Own the development and delivery of training plans that build role-specific skills and confidence in new hires.
- Assess and validate new employee competencies through observation, feedback, and structured performance checkpoints.
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve training materials, workflows, and onboarding processes based on feedback and evolving best practices.
- We offer comprehensive, evidence-based primary and urgent care services to children and their families, with around-the-clock support.
