Responsibilities

  • You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and the wider Flutter organisation to identify opportunities, solve complex customer problems, and deliver impactful product investments.
  • Own and drive a significant product area, defining strategy, roadmap, objectives, and success metrics aligned to FanDuel Poker's goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of player needs, behaviours, and motivations, ensuring customer insights are at the heart of product decisions.
  • Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, managing dependencies and influencing decisions at all levels of the organisation.
  • Partner with Design and Research to validate problems and solutions before significant investment.
  • Builds trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams.
