Requirements

  • 0-2 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, finance, business development, or technology-related roles
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, including financial close processes and enterprise technology solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong interest in enterprise software, Corporate Performance Management (CPM), or finance transformation
  • Highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
  • Organized, disciplined, and comfortable managing activity targets and KPIs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and professionalism
  • Confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with senior finance leaders
  • Comfortable working with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
  • Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary
  • Variable compensation tied to KPI attainment (qualified leads generated)
  • Additional incentive for leads that convert to closed-won opportunities

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred
