About the role
- This role will oversee project planning, site setup, field execution, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in civil, electrical, or energy-sector construction and is comfortable owning a project from the ground up, not just managing from a desk.

- Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, permitting, procurement, site mobilization, and construction
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Manage RFI, change order, and submittal processes with design and construction teams

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in energy, utility, or industrial sectors
