About the role

Facility Manager Triumvirate Environmental is looking for a Facility Manager with expertise to oversee our non-hazardous sold waste and the hazardous waste 10-day operation for our Smithfield, NC facility.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in both the hazardous & non-hazardous waste industries.
Triumvirate Environmental provides leading organizations in the higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing sectors with diverse services and expertise to assist them with compliance management.

Develop the knowledge and experience to manage a Part B permitted TSDF
Support general facility compliance including performing daily/weekly/monthly compliance inspections, training, SOP implementation/review, and process review

3-5+ years of experience in the hazardous waste industry
BS in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or other related majors, or equivalent required
Basic knowledge of lab packs
Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
Must have a reliable form of transportation
Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)
Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis
Ability to work overtime on a regular basis
Must be able to report to designated office within 1 hour during Emergency Response rotating shifts

Develop an understanding of OSHA regulations, Triumvirate's Health and Safety Practices, and EPA regulations
Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday)
