About the role
- McWane Poles Maintenance Technician Hiring for weekend shifts for our McWane Pole Division.
- Work can be both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to both cold/hot additional exposure is dirt, dust, fumes, chemicals.
- Physical Demands: Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, stooping, and standing for long periods of time.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.

Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- technical training or certifications preferred.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Preferred Skills:
Skills
- Working knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V)
- Familiar with PLCs and troubleshooting control systems
- Proficient in mechanical systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors
- Welding, cutting, and fabrication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
