Requirements
- Perform required work with minimal supervision.
- Travel throughout North America is required, some international travel.
- Ability to communicate patiently and diplomatically is mandatory.
- BA in Information Technologies or similar degree or formal training in systems support (e.g. Microsoft training) desired.
