Responsibilities
- Understand and be accountable to meet business goals and support continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- The following qualifications are required:
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
- Ability to rotate assignments.
- Ability to work overtime, including holidays, weekends, and short notice call in as required.
- Ability to: lift 10 lbs. frequently, 25 lbs. regularly, 55 lbs. occasionally
- Must have ability to learn new computer software systems and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A minimum of a High school diploma / G.E.D or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Associate degree or higher.
- Experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodology.
- Experience with SAP.
